Returns, Exchange & Refund
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for items that meet the following criteria:

Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact

The item is not a part of any final sale or discounted clearance (non-returnable)
2. How to Initiate a Return

Email us at info@bornminimal.com with your order number and reason for return

Our team will arrange a reverse pickup if your PIN code is serviceable

If reverse pickup is unavailable, you may be asked to self-ship the item

3. Refunds

Refunds are processed after the returned item passes our quality check

The amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, please return the original product and place a new order.

Order Cancellations

Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you can initiate a return post-delivery
