Returns, Exchange & Refund

1. Eligibility for Returns

 

We accept returns for items that meet the following criteria:

  • Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact

  • The item is not a part of any final sale or discounted clearance (non-returnable)

 

 

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Email us at info@bornminimal.com with your order number and reason for return

  • Our team will arrange a reverse pickup if your PIN code is serviceable

  • If reverse pickup is unavailable, you may be asked to self-ship the item

3. Refunds

​

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item passes our quality check

  • The amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

 

 

4. Exchanges
 

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, please return the original product and place a new order.

Order Cancellations

​

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch by emailing us at info@bornminimal.com

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you can initiate a return post-delivery
